Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7-10 working days of purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers around the world, depending on the location. The average delivery time is between 15 and 25 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped.

* The delivery time may take longer than expected due to the pandemic. The specific delivery time depends on the local shipping company.

How do I cancel an order?

We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after placing the order. After that, the order has most likely been processed and preparing to ship, or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it is no longer in our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience but pride ourselves on the speedy service. This also means that your orders are carried out as quickly as possible.

How to track logistics status?

After the order is shipped, we will send you a notification email. Generally, there will be logistics information in about 3-5 days. Just put your tracking number track your order!

What's your return policy?

If there is something wrong with your order (faulty product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.) please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
